  • All of our products can be shipped worldwide where FedEx or USPS services are available.  Please make sure to check your local laws, rules, and regulations in regards to all custom/brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination, as all fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient and not SUPERLOUPES.com.  All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Sales Tax

  • Currently, one of the advantages of shopping at Superloupes.com is that we are not required to charge sales tax on orders shipping outside of California.  As required by law, sales tax is applied to all purchases shipping to a California address at the local rate of 8%.

    Please note exception to above. In rare circumstances we ship directly from our affiliate company located in New York. In these situations, New York residents would be obligated to pay New York State sales tax of 8.6255.



  • Warranties

  • Return Policy

  • If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.  After 30 days from the date of receipt, please contact the manufacturer for possible repair or replacement. Sorry, we can’t refund shipping charges.

    Please be aware that all returns are subject to SUPERLOUPES.com return policy.  Items must be returned in NEW condition, in the original packaging, and with all original contents included.  We do not charge any restocking fees for returned goods meeting the terms of our return policy. Products not conforming to the return policy are subject to a restocking charge at our discretion.

    We highly recommend insuring goods for their full value and safely wrapping items to prevent shipping damage.  Charges associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective, incorrect, or broken.  For orders damaged in transit, please contact us.
